Enos validates real identity by using invitation-only recruitment from pre-validated healthcare sources, cross-referencing with government NPI data, and validating email legitimacy. Enrollment information is confirmed through a multi-step process before members are granted access to the panel.
Enos verifies HCP credentials through NPI, specialty, known practice location, and professional licensing information. Ongoing validation checks help identify changes in panel members' professional status and information. The Enos panel is the only healthcare panel that has 100% of its members validated and associated with their NPI.
Enos uses IP and geolocation checks to detect VPNs, proxies, and other suspicious activity during signup to help prevent fraud and validate panel members. Enos tracks nine different types of proxy IP sources. In addition, IP and geolocation are continually monitored for unusual activity.
Enos uses invitation-only recruitment through pre-validated sources such as hospital books/directories, medical directories, claims data, and verified health internet sites—never through open-source recruiting.
Enos does not use CATI methods for recruitment. However, when necessary, validation checks do occur by calling published business phone numbers.
Enos has signed the GDQ Pledge and is actively involved in the GDQ initiatives.
pre-Survey
Enos uses reCAPTCHA during provider signup to help prevent automated or fraudulent registrations of bots.
Enos uses digital browser fingerprinting as part of its layered fraud prevention and deduplication process.
As a safety net, Enos automatically deploys detection methods for fraudulent behavior and will stop survey entries. This also includes monitoring for duplicates.
Enos uses cross-source monitoring and real-time suppression, along with digital browser fingerprinting and other deduplication measures, to identify and prevent duplication across multiple sample sources.
Enos maintains an internal suppression list to flag poor-quality panel members in real time. We maintain a rigid three-strikes policy. Panel members who accumulate three flags are barred from further survey participation.
Enos checks panelist-provided email addresses against known fraudulent emails and other fraud indicators to identify suspicious activity. This includes government watchlists and NPI deactivation and licensing suspensions.

Post-Survey
Enos uses third-party payment vendors to process respondent payments and cross-check payment information against panel member enrollment information. All payments are traceable and verifiable.
Enos does not use redemption thresholds or withhold incentives until members reach a participation threshold. Panel members are paid for each survey as it is completed, with payments processed promptly.
Enos is a panel-only company. However, Enos does use manual human verification and quality checks to maintain panel quality. Feedback from the insights providers is always welcome as this is used to monitor poor-quality respondents and review potential survey instrument gaps.
